The Scales Family

We had a family cook out today... it was great. The family came over for Nathan's birthday and to celebrate by nephew Josh's graduation for boot camp, he is in the Marines. It was a great day. We finally got a lawnmower today and Marty cut the grass, thank god, it was knee high in spots. We have been trying to find a mower but had to break down and buy a new one. All in all we had a great weekend.

We are just starting this blog, we have 2 wonderful children. Nathan 1 and Olivia 2 months. Our kids are our life. We also have 2 dogs that are crazy...

Nathan had his first birthday last weekend and it was great. I am going to try and post pictures of the party well of him eating/making a mess of his cake...


Olivia had her first cold the first of this week that was not fun at all... but we got through it she slept pretty well for the most part had to prop her up on the boppy pillow so she would sleep... it helped a lot..
